Do you have an hourly rate?
Yes, we have a hourly rate that we can quote you (approximately £30.00 per hour for design, but for simple text/type amends, copy change or image replacement, we charge an hourly rate of £15.00.

 

What is a Corporate Identity?
This is a brand or logo, be it image or typography that best represents your company, it is placed on your business cards, compliment slips and letterheads. It will also be used for internal or external signage, vehicle livery or promotional literature and advertisements.

 

Can digital images, transparencies and original artwork all be used?
Yes, we have the facilities to use/convert/scan all types of media for reproduction in print.

 

Do you deal with the print as well?
Yes, we have a range of quality local print firms and can obtain the best price and if required we can be present at a 'press pass'.

 

When the job is completed, what whappens next?
All work will be burned onto a CD/DVD disc with artwork and hi resolution images (300dpi) repro ready (CMYK) as standard. The disc will be given to the designated printer. If your images are needed for web or other uses, we can provide the files in a suitable format for your use.

 

What if my disc has been damaged or lost, can I get a replacement?
Yes, we archive all of our clients work and we can supply back-up discs, for a minimal cost.

 

Do you provide post production services?
Yes, we provide a full range of studio services and can provide technical advice.

 

If I need images urgently, can you email them to me?
Yes, we have a broadband Internet connection and can send you hi resolution compressed images (jpeg) at short notice. (Subject to quantity)
